Conducts market research to anticipate customer

Determines customer satisfaction

Monitors the quality performance of competitors
Human Resources
Defines personnel qualification requirements
Implements measures to motivate personnel
Conducts company-wide training Quality Assurance
Establishes and maintains the quality

Audits implementation and effectiveness of the

Coordinates collection of quality performance data
